1 General Provisions
7min is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slots, live casino, and other entertainment gaming services in Bangladesh and other selected regions. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals
7min processes transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking and financial services. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Supported Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- Every withdrawal request will go through 7min's verification process.

Important: Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the account used during registration. Sending funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
7min offers its users various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.
Welcome Bonus:
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
- Bonus wagering requirement: 20x (deposit + bonus).
- The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit after claiming the bonus.
- Completing the specified wagering is mandatory before withdrawing bonus funds.
- Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
VIP Program and Cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's activity and contribution on the platform.
General Bonus Terms: If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent use of bonuses is found, 7min reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
6 Gaming Rules
Various gaming categories are available on the 7min platform, including cricket betting, slots, live casino, card and dice games, and much more. Each game has its own specific rules.
- All game results are determined through a neutral and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) system.
- All sports betting including cricket betting is settled based on official results.
- If a game round is cancelled due to a technical error, the full bet amount for that round will be refunded.
- In the event of a dispute over any game result, 7min's decision will be considered final.
- The terms and conditions of the game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) will also apply.
- If suspicious betting patterns are detected, 7min reserves the right to suspend betting during the investigation.
7 Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
- Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or family.
- Using bots, automated software, or any other technological advantage to play games.
- Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harassing, threatening, or misconduct toward other users.
- Using a false identity or forged documents.

8 Account Suspension and Termination
7min reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

- On suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Unsettled bets and balances at the time of the request will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
9 Limitation of Liability

- Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.

- Time limit for filing a dispute: a formal complaint must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the incident.
